[1] The merchandises are in warranty;
[2] Sets returned should be complete;
[3] The subject returned should be in accordance with the Item No. of the defective item you fed back;
Ps: If the merchandise is not in warranty but our customer service agree with your application for repair, considering that you’re our old customer, then the repair fee and shipping cost should be borne by your own.
2. Return conditions:
The merchandise returned should coincide with the one we shipped, if inconsistent, we’ll negotiate with you at the first time to seek for a solution.
